The check out is fundamentally broken because if you have something in your basket and get halfway through the checkout process i.e. halfway through filling your delivery details out, and then decide to do something else like answer the phone or the door which means that you have to interrupt your journey, when you come back your session has died and there is no way of continuing with your original checkout flow. You get asked to refresh your session but that keeps happening because every time you refresh your session you’re asked to refresh your session again, and continually refreshing your session in a repetitive way is annoying because you have to refresh your session forever.

Fantastic app of Jacamo just disappointed that much of the stock is always out of stock and when you are ordering it should tell you when you refine objects it should tell you that that object is out of stock at the time when you go to the basket you only find out at that point the 12 of your items are not in stock it’s confusing and it’s a let down to the house love shopping with Jack now it’s a better site than his partner JD Williams Also need moor 52/54 drop not manny in name brands This is a must be for this Catalogue Thank you

App is super easy to use, sorting clothes for my dad isn’t easy as he’s tall and a large man. He likes Jacamo as clothes fit well finding his size was easy as there returns is so straight forward. Meaning we ordered a few different sizes and sent back the ones that don’t fit no problem at all. He is also super pleased that his size is smaller than he thought. Delivery services are super fast no messing and always arrive when they say they do.
