Simply Be | Women’s Clothing

I love simply be clothing and other products , Being a larger lady i know i can trust that simply be will have an excellent range for me to browse and buy. I love being able to try the clothes on at home and not feel rushed like when in a shop. I very seldom shop anywhere else for clothes because unlike simply be i don’t know the quality of items. Simply be has an excellent customer service and excellent delivery time ( the next day on most items. In my opinion this is by far the best place to buy clothes whether you are curvy or not.

I feel like the app needs a lot of work. If you apply filters to narrow down your search, it doesn’t actually show all the items that you’re looking for. There are hardly any reviews on anything which discourages me from buying.. I’ve searched everywhere on the app and still have no idea myself how you leave reviews. The only time I was able to leave a review was when I received an email asking me to. I’ve ordered many times from Simply Be but only received that email once. It doesn’t make sense. I feel the clothes are also very limited if you’re size 16 or above. I’ve ordered a few nice items, but you have to be quick as they go out of stock very quickly. I hope the app will get better with time 🤞🏼

I really wanted to support this app as I love Simply Be and they do really well PR wise. However the app needs a lot of work. The last few times I’ve opened the app, I’ve lost all my saved items and have had to re-search through the app to look again for pieces I’ve been considering and had aside. It’s extremely frustrating when you compare it to the ASOS app which keeps your saved items indefinitely. I also don’t find the app aesthetically pleasing when searching for items. When you search ‘sale’ full priced items still appear -, a lot of the clothes look dated and I don’t feel encouraged to buy them as a woman in her early 30s working in the fashion industry. But I really want to love this app as I do the company and hope they will fix these issues as there’s so much potential to make this app great.
