I’ve been a Moka customer for over 10 years, and the consistency to quality and customer service is only improving each year. Super proud of Moka and the investments they’ve made to their technology and customer experience. 10/10 coffee, 10/10 customer service, and 10/10 mobile app/service that keeps improving.

The app is a little difficult to use in some respect. It’s often times difficult to see. As someone who’s a little bit older, and don’t see as well as I used to, light blue text on a white background is nearly impossible to see you right away in the morning when I get up and want to place an order online because I’m leaving right away. Additionally, there’s no way to change the text or font size. Not all modifications are permitted on all drink drinks. Furthermore, when I place an order and save it to my favorites that has something specific typed out. The drink repeats itself, regularly, omitting what was typed in. That part doesn’t save. This is definitely an app that could use some more major revision.

Truly love my local Moka. I used to snag a quick coffee from the other people, D, DBs, or S, but I’m a new convert to Moka and I really love the friendly atmosphere and tailored experience I get from my baristas here. They offer up great conversation, are always friendly, and at no point have I ever felt like a burden or an inconvenience for being a customer, unlike the large one from Seattle. 12/10 would recommend.
