Six Pack in 30 Days: Core Abs

This was a great app especially for someone who doesn’t have a gym membership nor any experience in working out. I committed to the easy difficulty and then the medium difficulty and by the end I actually had a 6 pack. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a six pack relatively quickly.

Sometimes it doesn’t have any sound but that’s just a glitch you guys really should fix it not to be rude but yeah that’s really all this phone with the app unless it doesn’t give me abs yeah but other than that yeah it’s good

There is no sound at all, both the instructional videos and for when an exercise starts or stops. So I basically have to keep looking at the screen. There are no settings either in the app or in Settings. Several of the instructional videos are no longer available. If I could keep using this app long-term (until I get a six pack) and the sound was fixed, I would be willing to pay for this. Has the potential to be a great app. Right now is paid for by advertising, which is way too much. Sometimes upon opening the app, frequently when going into individual exercises to get the instructions or when trying to watch a video.
