I got a flyer in the mail to redeem $10 in W dollars (?) and earn some Unity points. I signed up for the app thinking I was getting useful rewards. In reality, you really can’t win real money aside from what’s given away in the contests you have almost zero chance of winning. This is fine if you like this sort of thing. I found the whole app EXTREMELY deceptive and confusing when it came to redeeming the W dollars though. It makes you play to level 13 to redeem them, so it makes you feel like you’re doing something to unlock a genuine reward. Then when you finally go to try and cash them, it makes it appear as you’re redeeming them for $10, when in reality you’re being charged to gain another useless $10 in W dollars. It’s essentially like getting a gift card to a business that kicks you in the nuts for $10. I’m a frequent sports better with Hard Rock and this honestly may drive me to close both accounts with them if I’m not at least refunded that $10 that I pretty much feel was stolen from me. I’m not going to use those W dollars or this app, but I’ll continue to use the sports betting app if customer support makes this right. I’ll even remove the negative review and treat it as an oversight on my part if customer support at Hard Rock makes this right. Apple Support is useless. Please someone just refund my money or at least give me some credit for the sports book. I’d advise anyone who likes prefers serious gambling to mindless games to avoid this app like the plague though. And as long as this review remains up, I’d advise you to avoid Hard Rock as a company because this is outrageous if they keep my money in this situation.

When it comes to any card collecting game, I’d at least like the option to open the packs at the end of my gaming session, not have them just rip open and add it to the folder. It sort of makes the card collecting not very fun for me. At the very least you should at least make an option for players to choose auto collect and open, or collect and wait to be opened. The games are fun and I love entering all the giveaways, so it feels like you can really win prizes which is why I don’t mind buying coin packages. Things like that and the trophy case make it feel like I’ve been working toward something and I do like look at the past collections. It would be fun if there was more branded content and other type of casino games built in like solitaire. I know I was playing monopoly go and the reason I even started playing it was because Hello Kitty made a limited time appearance and you could collect exclusive cards. These are the things that make games that play them selves feel more fun. Adding games that require some thinking like solitaire also keeps people playing the Neverland casino. I am very sad that you broke ties from seven seas casino when it was still part of the hard rock franchise. because I really liked that. The whole reward track and variety of games. Very fun for me.

I find myself liking 80% Of the games. The challenges however are a not always fun. I spend my time trying to complete a daily challenge. Then the next challenge is to level up 10 to 20 times. It’s rather deflating. I just spent my free time to get closer to complete the daily challenge and now I get level up 10 to 20 more times to complete one more part of the daily challenge? I have to stop and call it a day. I can’t give that much time to playing a game. This is supposed to be fun and stress relieving. Its definitely not fun to see I just wasted my time in trying to complete a game or a challenge that will require way more time than is fun to complete. The long level up challenges and mega million wins zap the Energy out of me. I have to stay away from playing to let my disappointment fad. I like the games and I have made purchases. Some of these challenges and game goals are taking away from the fun.
