The Lottery Office

I like it because I can play in overseas lotteries that are sometimes in the BILLIONS. I joined about 6 months ago but I haven’t played a whole lot since. I see some people saying that they couldn’t enter or save their phone number. I think I had a bit of difficulty entering and saving my phone number but I figured it out and it does work. Maybe TLO can make entering and saving one’s phone number a bit clearer/easier? Apart from that little potential problem (for some), I can’t fault it. Suggestion: Add TOTP 2FA for increased security. Question: Will there be an app update in the not too distant future as it’s now been a year since the last update?

I felt my gambling was getting started to get out of control so I wanted to withdraw what funds I had and close my account. There is a minimum withdrawal amount of $5 and my balance was under that. When I closed my account, The Lottery Office kept the money I had in my account. I know it’s only a minuscule amount, but it’s a bit of a kick in the guts when you’re trying to be proactive and help yourself before gambling becomes an issue. I know I probably could’ve called them, but it’s embarrassing to do so, even if the staff are trained in problem gambling and are sympathetic.

Can seem to enter my phone number correctly. Every time I enter the first 4 digits of my phone number in the personal info section, the field automatically formats a set of brackets around the first 4 digits. Replacing the digits in the brackets with +61 and entreating the rest of the numbers as they should be formatted won’t let me saved.
