Keno - Let's Play

Since the governance of keno has had a rebirth the app is hopeless to use. Finally stumbled on how to change pin to different state, and was overexcited and promptly forgot how. Now an unhappy red face with no follicles of any kind, or body, takes over my screen telling me it’s sorry but I’m not allowed to play because of the state I’m not in🤬🤷🏽‍♂️. Go to web version, don’t try and check any venue tickets you got from smoking area bin because if you’re not in an Alternative Chameleon Trap but perhaps some other state, the pin stays the same. Am able to log into my account and make a deposit only to be led to play in a state I’m not used to playing in. Phone down five minutes, get back into account where’s my $40?? No good, it gives me the states..

Omg I did an update now there’s nothing in the home page. I used to love going to the home page and seeing everything at a glance including amounts jackpots are up to. What the hell? Now you have to click the symbol bottom right and go into each section. Hate it!! You’ve wrecked what was a wonderful app. Now it’s ruined and has taken the good stuff away. Please bring g back the hone screen with everything there!!! Really hate this it’s spoilt now

I downloaded app as it says in the adv. extra 20$ bonus on your first deposit. Downloaded the app, deposited $30 but didn't get any bonus. Secondly , I was asked for my id proof before starting my account and it was verified which allowed me to sign in the app to open my account and making a deposit . After deposting money and loosing few bucks I wasn't able to play any game the following day. I called Keno support and I was told that my account is frozen . I was asked to send copy of my license to NSW office for verification in a letter. I am surprised that in this new era of technology which even Keno is using but not accepting verified copies through email or through app. I don't want to send my legal id proof without online security and paying for sending letter too and I don't want to use my $25 now which I still got in my account but can't use anymore . Keep it Keno and good luck!
