Easy to use and does what it needs to do - access to account information, make payments, report issues, etc.
Try to login-“username and password don’t match “. Requested forgot password. States password being sent to my email address. Never received. Also yesterday when login to community website- my password was changed to some bogus password no one associated with me would ever use? Firstservice apparently doesn’t want anyone to have reasonable access to the residential community!
I like the app, but the current login keyboard does not lend itself to entering an email address, which is used as the login id. Could you change the keyboard type to improve this entry? If possible,could you also consider adding other options like "Remember my Id" and "Touch ID"?
