Every time I go to login, it will not save the password in my settings… I have tried to look it up in settings under… My Envera… Or even looking up my user name because it is different on this site. There is nothing in there saved. I cannot keep the site open so I don’t have to continue logging in so every time I want to login I need to contact him to have them reset the password. When I follow the instructions so I can reset the password. It brings me back to the login screen where I can’t login… I continuing annoying frustrating app.

MyEnvera works fine on my desktop, with no issues, and it’s very easy to use. The app on my phone works perfectly when it chooses to work, yet 9 times out of 10 I stare at the wheel of death. I’m connected to my home Wi-Fi, and I do know my password, I have deleted and reinstall the app a few times, and the same issues persist.

Emails tell me that a guest went through , but that guest actually didn’t go through the gate. I was wondering how my family who was supposed to be in school went through the gate? We had to investigate how she ended skipping school… Another incident was a friend who I was not expecting “supposedly “ went through the gate…. I called her and she said she wasn’t even in town!! It was inconvenient for me to go back home thinking that this friend was in our house only to find out she wasn’t. There’s way too many glitches in this envera app, so many cars that go through the gate that are not even invited. One time someone rang the doorbell saying that they were representing a company and asking for solicitation. The neighbors called us and showed us the face of someone who was being hunted by the police for raping a woman on the Lake Nona area. And true enough it was him!!! How did this person go through our gates? We’re paying a lot of money for a faux security!! Absolutely not worth the money and absolutely scary!
