Where do I begin? First off, the bottle never arrived after I ordered it and I was charged for the subscription even though I’d never received the product. I had to contact the company, they refunded the two months I paid for the subscription and shipped the bottle + cap.Opening the packaging, the bottle was loose in the cardboard and it was taped together. Not the best first impression. Then the instructions… it is a two sided card slightly bigger than a business card. I find this shocking because even the simple bottle cap timer I currently have had a booklet on how to use. Their website is equally useless in helping understand the product. I went to plug the cap in to charge. The usb wouldn’t line up and after one normal push, the wall charger broke. Also not a great sign. After it was the cap was charged, I downloaded the app and created a user account. I hate having to provide my phone number but it’s required (seriously, why do you need it?). I then tried to set up two timers. After following the instructions (opening the cap then closing), nothing showed up. I deleted the reminders and added just one. Then did the bottle cap thing again. That worked. Tried it for the second reminder. I had to do that three times before the timer showed up in the dashboard. Then there is opening the cap. I am a fully able bodied person and it was a frustrating experience getting it to open, further amplified by having to do it several times in a row.Last, the cap lights up but I don’t know why or what it’s trying ti tell me. This would probably be covered in the instruction booklet… if there was one.I’ve had this for about an hour and I’m already over it. They force you to commit yo a 6 month subscription so I’m stuck with it for now. Not sure I’ll renew unless the whole system runs smooth.
Great product! I recomended it to my grandfather that he sometimes forgets when he needs to take his heart medication. Now he loves it because he can find them as well.
I had so many problems remembering if I took my meds at night. At times I would get the container, have a conversation and forget if I took the pills or not This has solved that issue. Now I know when I’ve taken it or not.
