It seems like a simple and great app that’s also practical for everyday use, I’ve downloaded a bunch of apps already and none seem to work for me so I’m hoping that this one does! It seems to be working really well but it’s having trouble connecting to my Apple Watch.
This app is so helpful, so clear, so intuitive, and so elegantly designed. In just using it for two days I have already learned valuable things about what makes my heart rate fluctuate and have some ideas how to keep it calmer. Then you get an audible alert if you go above or below that range. Simple. Effective. I had trouble connecting my Polar chest strap at first, but another user solve the problem by removing the battery and replacing it. That also worked for me.
Heart Buddy continuously monitors the heart rate and raises an alarm when it detects a low or high heart rate. This could be indicative of a seizure,...
