This game is hands down one of the best games I’ve ever played! I’ve been searching for a good indie game but they are all pretty much the same game or cost a few bucks...then I stumbled upon this. There are just so many incredible things about this game. The graphics for a start are absolutely stunning and the controls are very easy to use. The storyline has such a deep meaning to it, reflecting on our society and the power of words. It’s just challenging enough to keep you interested without getting frustrated at the fact that it’s “too hard” or “too easy”. And the fact that the whole game is FREE...I mean there’s really nothing like this game!!! Truly an amazing concept for a game and executed beautifully. Thank you to the developers for creating something that people can marvel at without bombarding them with ads or making them “buy” the game. (There are some ads but they are very short). All in all, I adore this game!❤️
I like the game but there are some parts that I don’t agree with like how the monster HATE can break letters if you could change that that would be great and I get what you looking at but I have tried Day and night on the level were you are supposed to turn the ILE to LIE but when I turn it to the the HATE is destroying the word. Like I would turn it to LIE then HATE comes and KILLS IT! Before it turns HATE into LOVE! Really frustrating and time consuming so if you could maybe figure out how to make it easier then that would be great! (For any help of finding it: When you are supposed to turn HATE to LOVE and use the O and push it to the N to spell ON and power the elevator) I would appreciate it if you would respond. Thank you I think it’s a great game I think that’s all for now but please check it out. again great Game bye
Now, I played this game on the WiiU back when it first came out, and although my own incompetence made it hard for me to complete the game, I was eventually able to complete it. When I saw this on the App Store, I was excited and looking forward to playing the fun game I had enjoyed on the WiiU. Instead, the controls make it hard to do anything, and have left me stuck on what should be a relatively simple puzzle (if slightly hard to execute). First of al, the directional “joy stick” only goes in four directions, which is severely limiting compared to the 360° of control I had on the WiiU. But I could live with that. What I can’t live with is the fact that you can’t do more than jump while moving, an essential part of some of the platforming sections, which require you to be able to jump and throw letters mid-air. That, combined with the difficult to aim throwing (and the start distance that the letters are thrown), makes it very difficult to complete certain sections of the game, and has left me stuck on a section that I would normally be able to solve in just a few tries.
Typoman is a puzzle platformer. You slip into the role of a character made of letters, struggling to make your way through a dark and hostile world. D...
