Columbia Bank has been great for my business accounts. The app is simple to use, deposits clear quickly, and customer service has always been responsive and helpful. I appreciate how easy it is to manage my business finances on the go. Highly recommended for small business owners!
The app is very simple, but the lack of Zelle for business users is a serious hindrance on convenience. When myself or business partner need to fund the account it takes days to have checks clear. If we do not write a check and we need to fund the account we are forced to withdraw cash from another bank to deposit money. This will ultimately result in using another bank for our business needs.
This is a great app but it gets confusing at times when my transaction don’t line up correctly, other than that it works wonderfully .
