I have been using it got many years and it had been good
After latest upgrade yesterday, app doesn’t work any more. I have reinstalled it but no luck ☹️

The whole point of having a banking app is convenience & ease of use. Every time I try to pay a bill, more often than not, I’m blocked, the app can’t access my accounts, or some other mindless error obfuscates what I’m trying to do. I have called the bank to resolve the problems, but they recur with an annoying frequency that has left me resorting to writing a paper check to pay my bills through the even more unreliable mail. Don’t bother with this app, it’ll just drain your patience.

I have been using bcb app for quite a while and this app stopped working. Mobile check deposit doesn’t work and keep giving error you must endorse your check with BCB mobile.
When called customer service she said no other user called so it’s not a problem and it’s hopeless.
