I just want you to know how thankful I am to ALL of you for the updates I get on my phone. I am 69 and I have trouble hearing. If I’m watching tv I have the cc on to follow along and understand what is being said. But on my phone I don’t have cc, but all of you enunciate your words I can understand and this makes me so happy. *Lindsey Hall, I don’t know who picked your “Crew” but they are doing a fantastic job. When you are watching live time and can’t back it up you wouldn’t believe what a Blessing you all are!!!!! Thank you!!! Jan Munn

I enjoy the app. I use to spend a lot of time watching the informative videos. Where did they go? The app needs improvement. It takes forever to load and for the last week, I have not been able to use the radar. It just flashes and can’t load the info which has in the past been pretty accurate. Anne
