I saw an ad for this app in a MS Magazine. The app seams like a great idea, but I don’t want to spend $3 a month to unlock more features. Needs a little more work.

This guided imagery is an effective way to de-stress and relax! As someone who has had difficulty with traditional meditation techniques, I was excited to discover guided imagery. What’s great is that I can practice it anywhere - either before I head to sleep or if I’m having a stressful day at work. I’m grateful for this app!

The download page is not clear at all about the true cost. No indication of subscription required or in-app purchase. Furthermore, if one tries to subscribe, the link takes one to a useless web page, where links are just endless loops circling back to the useless page. For your $5.99 app purchase, you get nothing but frustration.

Dr. Miriam Franco, LCSW, Psy.D. is a psychologist, social worker, certified Guided Imagery practitioner and a Multiple Sclerosis Specialist. She obtained her MSW degree from Smith Graduate School of Social Work, her Psy.D. from Immaculata University Graduate School of Psychology, her certification in Guided Imagery from Beyond Ordinary Nursing of the American Nursing Association and her MS specialization from the Consortium of MS Centers.
