Needs improvement
Love how crystal clear the display come in, when it does connect. I find myself reboot my system a little too much. Sometime it feels as if it will not connect to my cameras, it’s very slow. I have my system directly connected to a 10gb port on my router, and it stills has problems connecting. I really like this app, but I am hoping for some type of update to this it to correct this issue.

Love the camera system. Just wish I could figure out how to turn off the 20 minute question about the live stream. Yes I need to have it stream Any suggestions?

Terrible app
I have had nothing but trouble since day one trying to use the app with this system. I did have it working for about a week but then it stopped working again. Numerous attempts to reinstall and even creating a new account didn’t fix the problem. I just today tried to reinstall the app and create a new account and it won’t even let me past the first question which is “what country or region are you in”. It doesn’t even give me anything to click on. The cameras seem to work ok. But the access through the phone is terrible. I think the only fix is to get a new system
