Been using the app for a few years now. Had some challenges connecting to new wifi router but tech support assistance was great and got it to work with written instructions and a bit of back and forth getting router settings changed. The app itself doesn’t do much other then turn on/off, change settings and set some patterns and scenes. Had hoped for more options for energy saving such as adjusting min/max ranges, energy consumption tracking, operating hours tracking (read somewhere that it does that but I can’t find it), etc. Maybe I was just expecting too much or my Panasonic PACi unit is not equipped to do that? Now trying to figure out if I can install a sensor on my AC that does do all of that.

I’ve had this system for a little over a year now. It does work well but there is a big part of the app that’s not intuitive and it’s not always easy to find answers with the company being in Spain and no customer service in the United States. Fortunately issues are very few and far between.

My Fujitsu has a setting on the remote called minimum. It brings the unit to a minimum temperature of 50. I don't see access to this on the remote. Also minimum temperature on the remote is 50 on minimum and 55 on a regular heat cycle. The minimum temperature on the app is 60. Is there anyway to fix this. I use it for a 2nd home and need to keep at a minimum heat to keep pipes from freezing during the winter. Can you please assist me with this. The minimum control is ok without but the lower temperature would be a great help. Thank you Howie
