I’ve been using the camera for the past 5 years, and was happy with the app. But in the last year, suddenly we’re slammed with ads every time we open the app. Why??? It’s getting tedious. Not to mention the bugs I’ve been having with camera and app. Today I opened up the app to see the camera image has flipped! Everything is upside down! I tried resetting and unplugging, but it’s still the wrong way. And there’s no support button, so this is the only way I know of to reach out to developers to make them aware of the problem. Can we please fix this and get rid of the ads??

I bought two of this cameras first of all they need to be connect to a power source and internet the whole time after 30 days you have to sign up for a service in order to see whats on your recordings it uses a memory card but it’s disabled with the up grade so all you get is live picture no playback thats a rip off the live picture is really good but the recording you can’t see the license plates wether is day or night the resolution is not good .

It is probably an oversight on my part but I have the HM203 UG Indoor Camera. This device connects well with this app and the ease of use and functionality of the app is amazing, there is very little lag when going to each camera and the ability to move to grid format and see all cameras live is a huge perk. However, I procured the Heimvision Battery Powered HMD2 and for some reason that device can only use the HeimLife app and won’t sync with the HeimLink app. And vice verse. Usually when this happens it is a user error on my part and I missed something but doesn’t appear so at this point. This is more as a heads up if someone is thinking of adding a different Heimvision camera as you may need a second app. Otherwise, this app is great!
