The beautician spilled box full of wax all over my floor and bed, damaging the floor, bedsheet and our clothes. We were done with the waxing and I stepped out of my room to do something. While she was packing her stuff she displayed the box full of wax and then was running around my house wearing my footwear (that was in the room). It was an accident so I dont blame her. But when I reported the incident to customer service, they told me it was your mistake and you should have helped her pack. I had to clean the house myself and it was so difficult to remove the spilled wax from the floor and I ended up booking deep cleaning from Urban company. We had to through the bedsheet and the some clothes kept on the bed. I reached out to customer care and the only resolution they had was “dont worry about it, it will dry up in a few days”
