Whenever i have placed an order I have always received wonderful service. If i’ve had to wait for an item they have kept me updated on expected arrival time. I joined jd less than a year ago, downloaded the app and was ok, but gradually got worse after update, couldn’t work out why. I was so fed up I deleted it yesterday. Went through the reviews and saw the same sort of thing. I decided even though I had updated it I would reinstall. It’s like a different app! It’s brilliant! Wish I had been told to delete and reinstall rather than update. The old app used throw me out, wouldn’t let me click on anything and I’d have to save in liked items, only to find out this section wouldn’t load and it wasn’t saved if I went online rather than the app! Anyway new app, it’s fast effective it’s honestly brilliant!

I love my jd williams account. I have the choice to buy myself something nice or I have the ability buy major household items. Furniture laundry appliances dishwasher and I buy many vacuums as well. It’s so nice to have everything I need in one place from holiday t shirts and shirts to the washing and machine and tumble dryer to clean the holiday clothes upon our return. The service is quick easy and simple most things arrive before the given date and you can track your delivery from the moment it’s ordered right up to when it arrives at your door.
