This app has not opened for me in over a month showing and error message that states, “We apologize for the inconvenience but the Service is currently unavailable, please try again later.” I have the most updated version. When it did open, it constantly had a pop-up about an “easier experience” that reappeared every time I changed to a different page. I couldn’t make it stop, and it was obnoxious when I was trying to handle my bill. Terrible, you’re better off dealing with the website.
I had a moment trying to figure out why I couldn’t get the information to work but all was my fault. I just had to sit down and take time to follow the highlighted areas.
Well. I was on auto pay and liked it for a while until they told me to update info which I did. Then all of a sudden it didn’t auto pay for three months. I was charged late fees. Then I updated the info again and the same thing happened until I paid a few months again. I am not happy with Santee Cooper. Not good service to customers. You will just take and take and not pay attention to helping the customer when you see that something is up with the auto pay. But hey. I am just another body in your business world and I can see that I am just a number with Santee Cooper. Nothing good to say about that. Terrible customer care on SAntee Cooper’s part. I didn’t even receive a call from you to help fix it. Like I said. I am just a number. This shows how the company has lost its relationship with customers but they don’t care. Big Corporations like this — all about lining their pockets. What a shame.
