The app had few features but at least it worked. After the May 1 update, it is no longer usable for any purpose other than creating frustration. Loved Fauquier National Bank. Not happy with VNB. Much better now. Not “full featured” but usable and accurate. Biometric log-in works and convenient.
It’s great. Just sometimes it takes a moment to sign in and can be tedious when needing to sign in quickly. But the UI Interface is top notch and simple to use!
This is the only bank of the several that we use that has such sloppy performance on all technological platforms, including this app. The recent “update” has left us unable to access features that were available previously from our mobile devices. As a customer who must bank remotely, VNB is giving me more and more reasons for switching to a more local-to-me bank.
