C&F Mobile Banking

I really love the availability of accessibility of the app. Update this morning, I did delete the app and then reload the app and try logging in again and that did seem to work so whatever the issue was it seems to have resolved itself thank you so much But I would have to agree. I have had some difficulty especially over the last four weeks. Login through the app it keeps coming back with an issue. However, I can login on the website just fine.

This app will randomly lock you out from online access. You have to call the bank about every other month to get your account unlocked. They seem to have no desire to update the system.

I’ve been using the Citizens and Farmers (C&F) banking app for quite some time now, and unfortunately, for the past several months, the app has consistently failed to function properly. As a customer who relies on online banking for daily transactions, this has been incredibly frustrating. First and foremost, the app frequently crashes or freezes, preventing me from completing basic tasks such as checking my account balance, transferring funds, or depositing checks. On several occasions, I’ve been unable to log in, receiving vague error messages with no clear solution. This unreliability has left me anxious, especially when trying to manage my finances on the go. What’s even more disappointing is the lack of communication and timely updates from the bank regarding these issues. Despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, the problems persist with no clear resolution or timeline for improvements. A banking app should be convenient and reliable, but this one has consistently fallen short of both expectations. For a company like Citizens and Farmers Bank, it’s critical to have a functioning and dependable app. In today’s digital age, customers need the assurance that they can access their accounts anytime, anywhere, without constant disruptions. Until these issues are resolved, I can’t confidently recommend this app to others.
