The app is asking for passcode, then update then looping to App Store, I’m opening from App Store but then app is asking for passcode again and loops around over and over. This issues just started since last update was available. Is there a fix?

This online banking app is probably the easiest I have ever used. I love the fact that I can set the app to alert me when my bank account goes down to a certain amount. This helps me avoid overdraft fees, and I know that my money is safe and secure.

Why am I having to do a new password about once or twice a week? I’m using Face ID and have since December. This has been going on for about 3 weeks and it’s extremely frustrating. I have messaged and I have called IT and gotten no where.
