I have used it several times. The UI is okay.
It’s just functional with few glitches on product catalog.
The challenge is grievances. There is no way to reach support in case of issues. Grabbit is confused in refunding orders.
Getting this app working for desired product is luck.
Hoping that machine gives you the order after paying is another luck.
If you happen to seek refund of order. It’s like winning a lottery.

Followed steps to download app while visiting India from USA. After signing up, I received no verification code to finish registration. Another user from the India office, who had the app already registered, Scanned the QR code but the app said no product exists.
