I had heard of and seen many trainers attached to ENHANCE over the past year or two at my gym and was truly curious to give them a try. But I wasn’t ready to go down the Personal Trainer route, till now! Once I gave it a try, I loved that it came with one free session so I could see if I was ready for this journey. What was even better was the host of trainers available, with different levels of experience. I really liked that you could see a clear profile, see other customer reviews and make an informed decision based on that. I think the added benefit of the free session on sign up, helps you be sure that the trainer you picked is right for you and I’ve picked the perfect one! Would recommend this service any day for anyone looking to start-up, restart or even amp-up their fitness journey!

I wish I could honestly say I am a gym rat and love working out.... but I don’t. I like to eat. And watch movies. And listen to music... So to the gym I must go. And in order to do gym stuff the most efficient way possible... so I’m able to indulge in the things I DO love to do, I’ve started using a trainer with Enhance. From the start it’s been a pleasant experience. I have lucked out and found a trainer that is perfect for my personality type. There are dozens and dozens to choose from with varied specialty focus. There is surely someone to sync with everyone. I needed the push and the fine-tuning to get my routine on track. Don’t hesitate. You are sure to not regret the decision to work with one of these gifted knowledgeable fitness professionals.

He is dependable, dedicated, and a client-oriented physical trainer who excels at tailoring result-oriented programs to meet each specific client's needs. I personally hired Faishul for four months with three sessions a week to rebuild my strength foundation and develop areas of weakness in my physic with exceptional results. In addition, working with Faishul has greatly increased my form on several movements, and increased my understanding of my physiological composition and disposition.
