I have been looking for a way to expand my coffee business and then out of nowhere this amazing little app feel on my lap. So easy to use on the customer and the merchant side!! Drinks come in seamlessly and customer have raves on how easy it is to use!! The adaptation to the COVID 19 situation has been handled with the such grace! I would recommend them to any and all coffee shops! There are several reviews on here by a competitor that cannot get the stance they need from having a good product so they have stooped to downgrading this great locally owned app.

It took awhile for me to start Cloosiv. I thought it wouldn’t be worth the headache of trying to start it up. Boy, was I wrong! They bend over backwards to help set you up. In fact, the owner Tim Griffin called me while he was on vacation to help me with questions! They have single-handily saved my business during this coronavirus scare as well and continue to communicate, add new features to help us, and actually waved fees during the virus scare to help us out.
