Update: still terrible. Tried to login..no luck. Tried to reset password. Never received an email. Even the response by the developer below to my last review makes no sense. It’s abhorrent that any payment contribution goes to this developer.
Every time I have to use this app I’m filled with rage. The login never works..and why do I even have to login EVERYTIME?!? When I have an iPhone 11pro? I’ve asked before and the developer initially lied and said it was for data protection..(ah no, I can authenticate with Face ID for PayPal, my banking apps..)..truth, they haven’t developed it yet. Second, calls with GP work 50% of the time..and I just tried resetting my password 2x..and nothing. Which is bad when I need to book a GP appointment. This app hinders healthcare. It hinders me being able to take care of my health. Aviva needs to dump this developer. It’s embarrassing how terrible of an app it is.
