Great to access on the app, easy to see what is happening and access useful information

This app has been well used for the last year and stopped working on the Friday of crowdstrike issue - could be related, might have nothing to do with it “Login successfully and can see workplace product but on clicking/swiping I constantly “we have encountered an error try again later” message Tried restarting phone Removing app and reinstalling Updating today to latest version Have contacted aviva using contact information and am told they don’t know who supports the app This needs to be sorted please as a matter of urgency The MyAviva app (separate app) has similar issues with a white screen appearing when product is selected - website has issues too - seems to be visual api call to show the growth graph…

My workplace pension was previously with standard life and their app showed up to date trends of my pension pot value and each investment individually. It was helpful to be able to see which investments were suffering and which were making gains. The Aviva app just gives a total pot value and a % and value for each individual investment. There is no simple way of looking at historic values or the general trend. Come on Aviva, you convinced me to move my pot to you, but your app is lagging behind the competition! Improve please!
