I’ve had a fantastic experience with Aviva DigiCare. It’s incredibly easy to book appointments and speak with a doctor whenever needed. The doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to listen and provide great advice. The whole service is convenient, efficient, and reassuring. I booked an appointment on the app To have a video consultation with a doctor It was really easy to book you can type in what your symptoms are and you can attach upto 3 photos of you need too. Just before the time of the consultation I logged onto the app clicked the button to join consultation and I was put straight through to a doctor. She was lovely really helpful and knowledgeable of why I had contacted the doctor. Within 3 minutes of the call ending I had an electronic prescription sent through to my email address for me to take to any chemist. All together brilliant service. Thank you.

Their mental health experts regularly struggle with technology, while working for a digital distance based platform. The 30 minute max sessions give virtually no time or any work at all, and besides verbally agreeing to a future time and date in-call there is no way to contact the mental health staff at all or organise more than one potluck session with a random staff member. This is besides repeat instances of the mental health workers inquiring into past sessions you may have had with other workers in strange ways in app despite supposed confidentiality, and openly complaining about using the platform. Improve the platform so its fit for function, and work with people who don't think phones are newfangled inventions from the future
