I’ve been a regular user of this app and website for a good few years. It gives all the information needed and insights. Many don’t think of their pension as an investment that needs to be checked regularly- or are even that bothered at the annual summary they provide. I changed my investment profile of my pension to a more risk-heavy option and it’s been great to check in every couple of days to see the investment increase on that new choice, but also when there are economic downturns caused by war/stock market bubble corrections- just how this has affected your pension, and the generally short nature of these lulls in growth of your funds- it helps you have reassurance that the long term nature of pensions are actually working for you. It encourages you to increase pension contributions and see at an earlier stage of your working life how being more proactive in monitoring your pension and making changes to the investment portfolio can mean the difference between how affluent your retirement will be.
