A great app for managing my clients and tracking their metabolic profile during a resting and exercise test. Super helpful app for getting real-time readings on metabolic information recorded from the PNOĒ device. Very user-friendly app for managing clients on PNOĒ and getting metabolic tests done. It is a different league from any other metabolic analysis software in the market. This app has helped me boost the rate at which I test clients with our metabolic analyzer. It takes no time to start testing someone and getting real-time metabolic data on your smartphone.

Testing with my PNOĒ device has been pretty straight forward and helped provide additional data points to track with clients as they pursue their fitness journey. Customer support was kind and helpful to assist with the issues any issues that I had. Would recommend to anyone to go through a test or try a device of their own!

I purchased this device over a year ago. It took 6 months for me to get the device. After many emails, I finally got the device. That was last July. My staff has had at least 6 phone calls with them and back to back emails. We have yet to run 1 single accurate test with this device. One minute they say they will replace it, then the next minute they want to troubleshoot. They have no showed on several appts that were booked but we have had 6 troubleshooting and still no text. We have requested a refund which they will not give us but also will not help us. We purchased spirometry which now we didn’t need - $1500 down the drain. And now over $6K not to mention all of the refunds we have had to issue because the device will not work. Do not waste your money or time. ~Dr Erica Steele.
