Naples-Style Pizza by DLM

The new version of the app (2024) works like a charm and my pizza is always amazing. Authentic Naples pizza in Ohio!!

It appears the store has approved and services over the years since the app as launched. Upon placing my first order, I drove over to the store and it was ready for pick up within the timeframe that I was told it would be ready. As for the pizza, the taste was delicious. One criticism I have is that they don’t offer an option where you can create your own pizza. Another is that they don’t offer pineapple as an additional ingredient, which I like. If I were to use this app again in the future, I would like to see those options available.

I have only used this app a few times, and I have now stopped using it (at the recommendation of the pizza makers at DLM), because there is a built-in “pizza ready time” of 30 minutes from the time an order is placed that cannot be overridden. So, when ordering a pizza through the app, the pizza makers have not once yet started to make my pizza before I have arrived to pick it up.
