I love my Credit Union. I’ve been a customer for 40 years and I will not go anywhere else. The location is convenient and I can go to many atms without extra fees. I feel important whenever I have to speak with someone. I feel like I have my own ‘personal’ banker. I have purchased several vehicles, received home improvements loans and personal loans. Zelle doesn’t work,I’ve been trying to log on for weeks to get it work. Also, making external transfers ….processing insane stalls couple days or may be weeks to confirm your bank. Very disappointed because I was presented with positive expectations that I even got my payrolls directly deposited to this bank, now I can’t even withdraw anything going on 3rd week waiting on my ATM card.
