gay date This app has jumped by leaps and bounds in just a few months. Last time I wrote a review on this app I was concerned about the older creeps that I don't want looking at my profile. (This is a problem with ANY app of this kind). Gay Hook UP solved that with "Private Mode," which only lets guys you've Liked be able to see your profile! This really helps limit your exposure if you're more concerned about privacy. Sticking your neck out to strangers online isn't something to take lightly, after all. They've also gotten much better at cleaning out fake accounts, people with no face pics, and explicit pictures. Lastly, their paid option is really the cheapest of all the apps, and you get a ton in return. This has always been a simple, clean, light app - the others are clunky, ugly, and slow! A few suggestions would be to have the ability to search for guys you've liked (instead of scrolling through your history for hours) and to remember where you are when you go edit your location in travel mode. Minor details. Nothing that really distracts from the main experience. Have I had better outcomes from this app? Results may vary, but I'm intrigued enough to not delete the app after a week like I usually do with all apps like this!

gay date Sorry for the Star Wars reference in the title but finally an app that is going to make me focus on profiles individually so I can make better decisions if I am truly interested or not. I love the Facebook and Instagram integrations so you can see mutual interest and also the Instagram link is great to do a little more research on a guy before you make that decision to swipe right or left. I am very much guilty of being on Grindr and seeing a grid of guys and ignoring 50% of messages because there's no info and nothing really to make me want to talk to more guys but on Gay Hook UP someone who I may have at a glance thought I would have not responded to, I take a look at our Facebook interest and Instagram page and I then see things we have in common that I wouldn't have been able to tell just by seeing a profile pic. Very cool app, love it!

graindr It's the gay tinder! It actually works well though, I've had some really good dates off of here. Almost everyone is real and genuine, the app allows you to report the rare guy trying to spam you. The worst kind of fraud I've seen come across tinder, Gay Hook UP and other dating apps is when they want you to get verified to make sure your safe and legal and legit. Log into this other site, give them your credit card number, and they'll tell you your verified...safe, legal and legit. It's a scam, don't do it, their preying on you trying to steal your credit card info and will max it out in short order. So it's nice Gay Hook UP has an option to report these scammers and get them booted off. It's rare I come across these on Gay Hook UP though. Like I said, I've had a some really good dates from this app, it works well, only shows people within the radius that I set, does not show people from way far away...which is great...I mean no offense Kansas but I'm not going there to meet up with some hottie! So have fun and enjoy, I am!
