I ordered through this company for delivery as it was recommended by the restaurant that I was ordering from. I paid including a 25% tip for delivery. The order was made with the restaurant and the food sat there until I finally called them and found out that there was no pick up. The app is not navigable to find out any information about your order or contact the company in any way. It was a scam… The food ended up being thrown away. At least the restaurant was paid for preparing the food, but the company got their cut and a tip for nothing.
The navigation in the app can be a little confusing going back from viewing a menu.
Firstly, I was creating an order and had to switch apps to send out a text message, and when I came back to this app, my cart was completely empty. After that, I re-created my order and placed, placed it with Apple Pay only to go to the restaurant to pick it up and them not have it in their system or know anything about it. So I had to order it again at the restaurant, pay again, and then wait an extra 15 minutes.
