Official Jacksonville Jaguars

This app by far is THE worse app I’ve had to deal with. For starters, I had tickets transferred to me, but for whatever reason when I tried to accept and log in, it instantly made me change the password before I could do anything and an error sign can up. I tried to live chat, BUT I couldn’t because I didn’t have an order details. What’s even worse, the 800 number doesn’t even work! (I called atleast 10x all day) It tried to connect the Jags app to my Ticketmaster app, and it went to HELL from there. When I finally got a working number, you already know they were closed for the day at 5 pm, WoW! So needless to say I probably won’t even be able to make it to the game Jags game tomorrow. TOTALLY DISGUSTING WITH THIS APP!

This app still needs a LOT more work. For instance, I used this last year and I was able to save my tickets to my wallet and I’m attempting to do the same thing now and the app doesn’t even ask me i want to like I’m unable. And would like to auto save my password for the app as it saves me time logging in and I am also unable to do that. It isn’t awful but it does need more work.

1. Videos/Ads take much longer to load then the old app did. Still have the old one installed so I’ve tested them side by side for comparison 2. Text font too small to read on news articles 3. Can not swipe back to news; must scroll all the way back up to the top to click the back arrow 4. Video UI causes music/podcasts to stop playing in the background every time I open the app(extremely frustrating) This app has a slick look but feels like there was little to no beta testing before rollout, these are all very simple QOL changes that should have been handled before release. If fixed I will change my review/rating.
