iCliniq - Ask a Doctor

Not sure about the negative reviews here. For me everything went smooth. The response was quick and I think it helped. I can say the answer wasn’t very detailed but that’s understandable as the severity of my case wasnt much. I think you can trust the app.

The app is really nice, Doctors are really helpful, I was facing Pcod and irregular periods from 8 years, Took treatment from everywhere but everything went into vain, this was only when I came to know about ICliniq, since then I have been taking treatment from here , Doctor Shiv Kumar Sharma is a superb doctor, He is really helpful and sweet. Now Whenever Something Happens to me, I just open ICliniq and post my query! Only Issue with this app is , It asks us to pay the money even when the issue is not resolved properly, Other doctors should be also be like Dr Shiv Kumar Sharma, who responds and Resolve your query in one answer instead of responding in such a way that you need to pay more like other doctors do. Some of the doctors here are really helpful, ICliniq should give less salary to those doctors who doesn’t respond properly and patients have to pay more!

I first time paid 234 INR for first time sign up and after submitting query I got the response from the doctor and I had additional query that was also responded by the doctor. But I still have the query not resolved as I have ask one more additional question. The app is asking to pay additional 190 to submit the query. There should an option to mark the query resolved by end user instead of asking additional payments while the query is not fully resolved.
