I have been given axis bank fastag by ParkPlus. There is always an issue at parkplus side, where despite of payment deducting. The application fails to fetch confirmation. Have experienced the same issue 5-6 times. Remitter bank has confirmed the payment is successfull, beneficiary has confirmed they have not received the transaction yet. So the Parkplus as a merchant has to solve. System should be automated to refund if txn is unable to process within a stipulated time frame. As the payments are with the payment gateway approved for fastag. For a service like fastag, you guys need to provide a better service in terms of resolution. While on a trip somwer, taking 48-72 hours of resolution time is a very bad experience. Will not suggest ParkPlus for fastag payments. Even the bankers are suggesting to do from GPay, PhonePe. Their refund mechanisms are instant. Need to improve service!. There are many better service providers. With Parkplus, finding a parking is not at all seamless, someone will find it better by self. The marketing strategy concept itself they are not able to deliver. Not sure what they are good at. NO for finding Parking space. NO for FASTAG recharge.

When I came across this app initially I thought it was a good idea. I was looking for a emergency PL against my car, which this app seems to have a tie up with IDFC Bank. So, I thought since I needed funds urgently and it would be easier for me to apply through this app, but boy was I wrong!! After I applied for the loan, I realised that I had made the biggest mistake of my life! If I had to describe what bad customer service and unprofessional behaviour is, I just ask you to avail their service and you’ll know. Not only do they keep you in the dark till you keep following up on your application and then if you try to post experience on their “community page”, you’ll also see their high handed attitude. They simply mark all your queries as resolved and any post regarding their unprofessional service, they’ll simply not let you post anything negative. After waiting 3+ weeks for a loan against my car, I simply gave up and got my loan approved and disbursed with HDFC Bank within 48 hours! When these jokers couldn’t get it done in 3 weeks!! I know they’ll give their copy paste response “loan is subject to bank policies” and any other excuse. What the hell do they charge for if they don’t have a clue whatsoever about secure loans!! They seem to think social media doesn’t exist beyond their so-called community page. Well, I will be actively working on spreading the disgusting app is run!!
