Nope I don’t have an issue with the app so far. I have a strong case against being forced to download an app and having to create an account furnishing personal information unnecessarily just to purchase something in store. If I prefer to do e shopping I would have shopped online, yes your pricing is better than Muji and the like but if I want to do online shopping I can get even cheaper pricing from taobao, shopee, lazada, Qoo10 etc. I go to physical store to enjoy my fast and fuss free anonymous traditional shopping experience. Not to mention the whole process was delayed further due to store’s mPOS system error - again, too much technology doesn’t always mean good. In addition, your staff seem very rude and fed up probably because they have to repeat the same “no sir / mam you MUST download our app and create account otherwise you just can’t purchase anything here even though we have the goods right here in a physical store” line a million times a day. Makes the whole shopping experience TERRIBLE.
Easy to navigate and the pages load quickly. I also love how the app remembers where you left off when you’re swiping between categories so you can continue from where you stopped instead of scrolling down all the way. Would be great if there’s a store locator we know where the retail+ stores are. I might have missed it out but I really couldn’t find that information in the app. Some of the product information have errors as well, though it’s nothing to do with the app.
I like your category display on app but to be honest I find information such as refund/ return is very difficult to find. It’s hidden under profile/ “help” - if your policy is as transparent as the cost you advertised then pls make it easier to find. At least make it clickable on your carousel banner on homepage. Most first time users like to research for refund/ return policy before making purchase, so it’s quite annoying and I almost gave up (not to mention i am a long time online shopper, not a newbie) Also pls make a little more effort on your SEO, when i searched for Retail Store, it showed me the page but led me only to homepage and no where i can find store information on your online site, both app and web.
