I really like the app as it makes keeping track of mileage and my fleet vehicle much easier. The reason I’m not able to give it 5 stars is due to the GPS locking the app constantly. Understandable when you’re driving. But when you are sitting at your desk and it blinks back and forth locking the app as if you’re driving, that gets really annoying. Happens when you are at a stop trying to add your mileage. Very annoying Fix that and the app will be much better

I have tried to use the app on multiple occasions to keep up with my mileage and my oil change but it’s never accurate. But recently I was trying to track my car on order and it has that feature. So I made a call to my service representative through the app to discuss the delivery of my vehicle while my wife was driving but we were unable to discuss it because if you’re moving the app doesn’t work. I understand that they don’t want us driving and using the app but what if you were the passenger we were trying to get somewhere and had to pull over to the side of the road. But that’s OK because we got voicemail anyway. Probably won’t use this app again.

I think enterprise is delusional if they think anyone will use their app to find a gas station or similar, people will just google or use their smartphone. This is a useless feature. The mileage tracking feature is ok, but by no means “easier” for the user, and appears only to make things easier for enterprise, not the fleet driver. This is really just a glorified way of tracking mileage. The only other feature that may be useful is that you can find contact numbers. Lastly, the “accident report” and “service locator” require that you allow enterprise to access you location. If this is not enabled, these features are useless and will not work.
