BuildOps: Commercial Trades

We’ve been with BuildOps about 18 months and couldn’t be happier that we made the switch. BuildOps has allowed us to streamline our accounting processes, increasing productivity. Our technicians appreciate the ease of the mobile app and the elimination of timesheets. Tech Support and our account manager are always available if issues arise. Suggestions are welcome and they truly listen to the customer. There are 1 or 2 things on our wish list but I have no doubt they will happen. Every step of the process was laid out clearly and we never felt like we were left to fend for ourselves.

We are still not 100% in utilizing the necessary modules in Build Ops and the implementation has been a bit lengthy. We are anxious to get the last few bugs worked out and to operate in full Build Ops mode. We have have seen great improvement in our days to bill by a 50% reduction as the process is more streamlined and easier for both the accounting and management teams. The quoting tool has helped us to improve our quote turnaround time as well and overall provides a better way of managing our quotes. Overall, the Build Ops team has been very helpful and supportive even now, 10 months after go live, we have a Build Ops team member onsite for 2 weeks to help us work thru our processes and workflows. Build Ops has been very receptive to our suggestions and feedback which we appreciate immensely. We are happy with our choice with Build Ops and would recommend it to others.
