If I could give it zero stars I would. How can they mess up the massage chairs soo badly, of course the chair will eat your money before you realise it only works with the stupid app that is so glitchy to register. After 10 min registering for a 5 min massage when you finally set up your account and confirm your email/phone then you find out that the 5RM I put in is gone for good, but they were generous enough to give me a 3RM new member credit. I am mentally preparing myself for the inevitable barrage of spam texts and email I am about to receive after signing up for this crap app. If you see these chairs and they require this app, RUN AWAY and save your money for an ice cream bar or something you will enjoy more.

What happened to simply putting money in and enjoying the experience?? spent time downloading it and trying to register (so not user friendly). neither me nor my friend never got OTP via phone number (even though we have local malaysian numbers), luckily it arrived on the email.. my friend put 5rm into the machine and it just took it and requested further registration, after which nothing happened.. got free 12min out of it for registering, that’s the last time using this service

Wow! This app makes the massage chairs in Klia 2 terminal a colossal waste of space and money! As mentioned in a previous review, to access the app one must have a phone number from a list of 8 countries. This is at an international hub for an airline serving most of Asia. So instead of taking in the money, these chairs have become glorified charging stations! The airport should be ashamed of this loss of this retail real estate! The space these chairs occupy could easily bring in Millions monthly!
