Lynk Book a truck

Looking at their advertisements; today we called for a vehicle to transport material from Patancheru to Bangalore. They send a vehicle No. TS31T5070. When asked for the documents, the a driver with LL came and said his owner was coming. After loading the materials and printing invoice and GST waybill; with that vehicle Number and when asked for LR; another person send his license by Whatsapp . He doesn’t understand the meaning of LR. Even, the Chennai office person who called me also does not understand. Having fed up; we were to unload the materials and cancel the Bill and e-waybill. It was really a useless logistics company who doesn’t understand the basic documents like LR, RC and Driver’s Licence. I had a very bad experience and don’t recommend this organisation.

I had called for a tempo and got it loaded within 10 mins of its arrival. Then the vehicle took 4 hours to deliver stocks whereas at the most it takes 2 and a half hours max to reach the delivery point. After reaching the delivery point stocks were unloaded within 15 mins and then I receive a notification saying my dues were ₹1065/-, whereas I was given a range estimate of ₹492-₹723. I reported the same on the app and their representative was quite rude. Wasn’t trying to understand that they took a longer route which led to me being overcharged. After this experience I will probably never use this app nor would I recommend it to any of my peers. Btw I’m a distributor for MNCs and LYNK could’ve gained a long term loyal customer. Sorry for your loss.

It was an amazing exp with lynk which was highly cheap and customer friendly,intially i checked out the truck in the market where i found it to be bit costly,later checked with lynk app and found that i could get the truck at half the rate of that in the market #cheaper#good service#reachedontime#good behaviourfrom driver#finiallythebest
