It’s been more than 3 months that I am not able to do any transactions thru either app or the website. It gives error- “ unable to process your request currently. Try after sometime.” This issue has not been resolved yet and it has been months Never faced these type of issues with the previous website. There are bunch of issues after the new website launched and the issues have not been resolved. Not sure if this issue is being faced by users outside India or for those using the app in India too.

Add a feature where users can add register via international phone numbers or emails for NRI’s. Also selecting date of birth on the profile is using the local calendar and timezone and adjusting it accordingly to the current time zone please fix this bug.

The new app. doesn’t permit to book seva tickets from abroad who plan visits to India during vacation. They are deprived of darshan of Lord because of this. Please help the Indians in foreign countries by enabling access via internet.
