Utterly Unprofessional and Unreliable – Do Not Trust RailRestro I had the most appalling experience with RailRestro, and I wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. I placed an order for food on my train journey, only to have it canceled without any prior notice once the train had already departed. Not only did I go hungry during my trip, but the complete lack of communication from their end was beyond frustrating. When I tried to get answers from customer service, I was met with incompetent, unhelpful responses and no resolution whatsoever. After multiple attempts to contact them, they simply ignored my concerns, leaving me with no compensation, no apology, and no way to escalate the matter. RailRestro seems to have zero respect for their customers. Their unprofessionalism and lack of transparency are completely unacceptable, especially when you're relying on them for something as basic as food during a train journey. It's clear that they do not care about their customers, and their customer service is a joke. I regret ever using this service and will never make the mistake of trusting RailRestro again. If you're looking for reliable, efficient food delivery on trains, look elsewhere. RailRestro is a scam, and they don’t deserve your business.

The food was delivered right on time, hot and fresh, with a nice balance of flavors. The portion size was generous, and the packaging kept everything intact and fresh. Ordering via the RailRestro app was quick and easy, and I loved that I could track my order in real-time. The customer service was also very responsive when I had a small query about my order. Overall, RailRestro made my train journey more enjoyable, and I will definitely be using their service again.

I discovered this app while traveling back from Mathura with my family at night. We were hungry and didn't like the food served by Indian railways. Then, I remembered this app and was surprised to find that they had more than 400 options to choose from. We ordered a few thalis and snacks. To my surprise, my family and I loved it. It was incredibly easy to use. You just have to add your PNR number and then you can select your favorite meal from various restaurants.
