Choosi

The good thing about the app is I can see the menu. The bad aspect is the user experience. I have two kids in two schools in the district. I have to logoff and login multiple times. The app doesn’t tell me which school I’m logged in so I often have to logoff just to see which school to log in. Just awful.

I had no problems with this App. It took less than a minute to order my son’s lunch for tomorrow.

One of the worst apps I have ever used! I am forced to use it because our district chose it. You cannot view what you paid or what is due on the account. Absolutely no customer support. There is no way to find out if they received your payment. They told my son he was not on the list and when I called the district office they said he is and what was ordered for him. But there is no way to contact Choosi to get to the bottom of it.
