Get Rent: Trade Real Estate

I play Landlord Go almost every day now. For me, Landlord Go is far more enjoyable to play & interesting then any of the rest of the Landlord games out there in the App Store. having an Agent that we can send out to explore other areas, is the best highlight feature to me. I like the Maps Details as well, except all blue color, I don’t know why? Anyway, I’ve played just about every other Landlord, property owning game out there on the App Store, I will refrain from listing them, but we all know Who those games are. They are just simply, not as enjoyable to play as Landlord Go is. There is one small thing I would like the Landlord Go game to do differently, but is just minor issue, The Date, on which we originally buy the first share of a Property. It would be nice to be able to sort from that date. But the dates get changed when we buy more shares. If we have the original Dates, our list would reflect the paths we have traveled and a chronological order of all the properties purchased. That Date should stay the same on the properties, weather we buy 1 share or 1000 share on the first buy. Keep up the Great Work Reality Games!

There seems to be new tycoon games popping up daily on app stores everywhere so when I seen this one the thought crossed my mind of, "Here we go another tycoon game that will be played for 15 mins and then deleted!" How wrong I was with that initial thought. Unlike other tycoon games this one utilizes actual properties in the immediate geographical location of your device while using it. This gives the user limitless customizable options for property with every new location you visit, because let's be honest almost everyone has a smart phone and has it with them all the time. With the actual real estate listings it does have businesses and real estate that may not exist at a particular location anymore, but that just adds more options for your real estate purchases. The purchasing is detailed down to what percentage of the real estate you want to purchase and how much the potential profit is per hour allowing you to purchase a lower number of real estates at a high percentage of ownership or dip your hand into many real estate properties at lower percentage ownership. Overall the game gives the best simulation of real estate working that any app could even down to the legal paperwork for property purchase. Definitely the first tycoon game in a long time that has actually stayed in my phone.

I’ve played the original Landlord game for years and it became very monotonous and boring after a while. More just something I did out of habit than excitement. The new Landlord Go is a full rework and makeover of the original game with plenty of new features but still staying true to the original game design and style. I love the implementation of the background map allowing you to see the area you are in and nearby properties laid out but the addition of AR, while nifty, seems a but lacking as it shows the exact same info but without being able to see the area layout. I feel the AR feature can be updated further to add more in the future but even then this specific game doesn’t seem to have much need for it; I can’t even come up with a logical example myself. Other features like the briefcases on the map are extremely exciting as it gives you a reason to leave the app open and check it regularly to get coins (which stack up fast) besides only being able to buy them. The app as a whole seems to be running smoother and the visual overhaul is MUCH appreciated but the public market has MANY issues. While loading in the available trades the screen is exceptionally buggy, flickering numbers, no property names displayed and more often than not causes full app crashes. Of course with a new app, a certain amount of bugs and glitches and slow loading times is to be expected and I thoroughly look forward to what the game will offer as the kinks are ironed out and more features added.
