Seems like many of these low ratings and bad reviews are in response to the fact you have a daily limit on viewing your child’s classroom. While that sounds troublesome to a parent considering a new daycare for their child, it really isn’t. Our daycare allows us 5 viewings for 5 minutes each every day. The viewing does not start until you click the video icon, and so most days, I open the app and am able to view the preview before even clicking the video icon. That way, I’m able to see my son more often than just the 5 viewings. For example, if I log into the app and see my son is napping in the video previews, I don’t necessarily want to click the video to watch him nap and waste 1 of my 5 viewings; I’d rather save it to watch him play or interact with other kids. I feel completely safe using this app. There is no way for anyone viewing to screen record or screenshot, or else their account is blocked. This app has given me complete peace of mind when sending my son to daycare.

This was a great app before the update. Ever since updating to iOS 16, when I turn my phone to go into landscape mode to see the video better, it doesn’t auto correct itself and is all squished to the left hand side and only shows some of the video. I tried deleting the app and redownloading it but that didn’t work either.

My child’s first day of daycare is today. The first time I created my account, the app counted that as a “view”. I am allowed 3 per day.. the second and third time I logged into the app, the app FROZE BOTH TIMES. Customer support reset my views. Went to attempt to see my child on the camera for the first time, and yet AGAIN the app froze and didn’t even show the option of her room. Contacted customer support with a screen shot of this occurrence, it’s been 2 hours and no response. I tried to log in again, and the entire app shut down before anything even loaded yet again. Now I’ve “reached my views” again with only seeing my child ONE time, not even for the full 5 minutes. For the first day of my child being in daycare I am extremely disappointed in the total lack of performance from this app.
